I can help you explore your ideas, fine tune your plans, advance with confidence in yourself and your new venture
As a woman entrepreneur, I have had to face deep-seated self-imposed gender biases & lack of support from an androgenic society. My mindset was restrictive and I didn’t have any role models to look up to. They hindered considerably my path towards financial independence and self-accomplishment. My life started changing when I recognised my negative patterns, accepted my vulnerabilities and my limitations without shame. Only then did I embark on my journey of building my business and helping other women to build theirs.
My expertise in different disciplines and experience in diverse industries in multicultural work environments has allowed me to see the world through different lenses and understand diverse perspectives. I think out of the box and offer breakthrough ideas. I can deal with disruption, bridge the gaps between silos and provide a wide palette of tools and solutions. I am also at the forefront of knowledge as I engage in research projects on leader and leadership development with a focus on sustainability, female leadership and entrepreneurship.
As a mother entrepreneur, I have had to deal with increased work-family conflict and felt often under pressure to make a choice. Guilt used to be my greatest challenge. That has led to physical exhaustion, reduced self-confidence and a feeling of frustration. My life has started becoming more balanced when I started engaging in identity work and dissolved the inner conflict. As a result, I embraced both roles -being a mom and an entrepreneur- as complementary and not opposing.
